Not only are Iranians Persian, but they speak Farsi,
not arabic, and not only are they Shia, but every
country other than Iran and Iraq have dominant
Sunni majorities.

In addition there are many Iraqi Shia who remember
fighting an 8 year war AGAINST Iranian Shia.

They remember waves of human Shia dying in
the battlefields on both sides.

And the Kurds have recently invaded Iranian territory,
assisting local Kurds on the Iranian side of the border.

The Iranians are NOT Arabs.

They are Persians.

true. but the Mullah aren't that kind of Iranian. They're Arab through and through.

So when another nation comes up with nuclear power non-white, you expect America or other European nations not to complain. I think it highly doubtful.
