I have recently been discussing with a friend the idea of going in and helping out a little bit where I can, and being a fly on the wall where I can't, at the company they started and run. It was with a bit of a chuckle that we realized it would, in essence, be an internship. Not really a very common term in Canada, how many here have experience with internships? Formal, informal, for credit, or otherwise... what's been your experience?
