A 5000km bicycle ride in 10 days, with only 9 hrs sleep over it all, Kevin Wallace rode into Atlantic City today {June 21st, 2006]

He did it for charity partly, with any funds raised going to the breast cancer centre named after his mom.

This is extreme cycling, anyway you look at it.

He noted that cancer survivers cannot decide to "get off the ride", and their courage is what inspired Kevin as his legs cramped up and his body strenght waned during this amazing ride.

Also, it show that people named Kevin don't HAVE to be major screwups.[joke]

PS - cancer is big business... CTP OTS applies here. \\
Avoid the products with carcinogens in them, there are several good ways to do this.
Our own government of Canada has a list of prodiucts with KNOWN carcinogens, and it identifies the cancers that are created by these chemicals. If it wasn't such big business, our government would release this list for us, so we can avoid cancers like breast cancer.

Too bad Kevin cannot see this "withheld information" and other cancer propaganda as the most crucial of ways to deal with the increasing cancer rates. \

But I do salute his remarkable achievment riding so far without stopping much
