Women in Quebec will have access to in vitro fertilization paid for by medicare once Bill 26, which was introduced yesterday in the National Assembly, is adopted.

Definitely. I hope some common sense will be applied so it's a success. If it's a dismal failure, then it's unlikely any other province will attempt it again for years to come.
