Until the anchor baby laws are repealed, yes. Since there is no way repealing the law would be made retroactive, all anchor babies born would be allowed to grow up and run.

The Supreme Court's initial case involved a child born to parents who were LEGALLY in the US and granted the child citizenship. Congress later enacted laws also which established anchor babies. The SC ruling needs challenged. The laws need repealed.
Also, the Territory of CNMI is a great place to fly to from Asia.. and have a child.. instant citizenship. (Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands) Because the island doesn't follow US Immigration laws.. many Chinese go there to have their babies, giving them instant US Citizenship and at age 18 can sponsor the parents.
