Good point. Iran is 'reforming and emerging' . yet elven months ago we closed our embassy. Canada , not Switzerland, should be the 'diplomatic conduit' for Iranian - American relations.

Countries don't profit from war, but the military industrial/complex does. I just learned today that Lady Bird Johnston owned part of the company that built all the US military bases in Vietnam. Reminds me of Dr. Strangelove and Halliburton. Those corporations don't give a damn about who dies as long as they make tons of money. In America it is the CEO's who run the show and the president is just a puppet, just like in Iran, except, In America it is the high priests of money instead of mullahs.
