How do I use a proxy server to watch CTV broadband and showcase broadband in the usa?I'm new at this and would like to watch some shows.

You would need to find a Canadian proxy server first, one with a Canadian IP address to be specific. Once you have found a proxy server, you would have to add the proxy IP to the advanced networking setup of whatever program you would use to watch the video.

Just so you know, most proxies are painfuly slow for web browsing, streaming video via proxy will be a test of patience.

Update:

How to watch CTV broadband outside of Canada: You must use a VPN located in Canada now. I believe their streaming is also region-locked now.
