If you could go back in time, what would you do differently? Or, would you prefer to fast forward and see what the world is like in the future?
While time travel doesn’t exist at the moment, it might be possible according to theory.
Physicist Albert Einstein theorized that time is relative depending on how fast you travel.
For example, the faster you move in space, the slower you move in time.
To a certain extent, astronauts at the International Space Station are already time travellers in the sense that they are doing things at fractions of a second in the future.

Time is not a force nor matter, it moves neither forword nor backward, time is a place marker in the physical medium to describe the relationship to position relative to chunks of real stuff/estate in space. Age relates to position in the medium. We do not endure time we endure distance ie relative to position in space/creation since initiation/conception into the garden/cabage patch where I find myself hidden and shivering in mortal fear of the big lizards. That clock on the wall is not measuring time. It,s measuring distance. It will take you a few thousand meters to read this reply.
There is no future to travel in.
