Raw cannabis becomes more potent when it is has been heated. When you smoke a joint the THC is heated and activated in the cherry tip. When you bake it or cook it you also are activating the THC. So if you want to eat marijuana, it is best to heat it first.

The best and easiest way to eat pot is to make it into a butter extract. You can then eat the butter, or add it to other foods.
