Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition, which includes Windows Media Services 9 [Uni-Cast/Multi-Cast], is just great for streaming audio and visual.
He is creating this for a person who is paying him.
He just puts a complete site on CD's, with all the engines and stuff. People just install it and are able to run a site from their own puter. Very easily done.
He charges 500 bucks to put a complete site together and operational. (This includes Mail Server, MySQL, PHP, IRC Server, Forums and Chat.)
