For the last few days here in Halifax, the local Rock Radio Station, Q104's morning crew have been holding competitions for people to qualify to win $25,000.

As you may have noticed on the site, they have held a few contests already.
The first one was for a guy to get his penis pierced.... done.... he qualifies.
The second was for a guy to spend 24 hours in a fully loaded Porto-Pottie (no chemicals)...... done.... he qualifies.
This morning, they went around the Q104 studio and got toenail clippings from every employee and someone had to eat them all in 104 seconds. (Apparently they smelled bad)...... done.... he qualifies.
And apparently the next contest is called:
Rock, Paper, Strippers.
Which consists of 5 women in front of a large crowd, playing Rock, Paper, Strippers.... which I'm not exactly sure on the finer details of what's going to happen except stripping.
Now apparently I have been told there is going to be a total of 15 of these various contests.
15 people..... just to qualify...... just for $25,000.
Seriously, there must be some desperate people out there to go through this crap for a measly $25,000.
Eating toenail clippings or sitting in a porto for 24 hours with the risk of some sort of bacteria infection??
Maybe 250,000 or a million bucks.... or maybe back in 1953 when $25,000 would go a long way, but damn.
