Yes, it is reasonable. In the old days a grade five education was enough to get a job and move ahead. Not anymore. So why we would take in people who can't even communicate is beyond me. But the belief among the multicults is that any one can come to Canada and magically become Canadian and be so so happy. Not anymore, reality is biting. We got the Toronto 18 and now honour killings, very bad signs. Growing ethnic enclaves do that.
We need to take in more Latin Americans, they work hard, don't live in enclaves, aren't terrorists and don't have honour killings. Nor do female genital mulitlation or abort female fetuses.
