A Romanian flatmate inspired me.
What I did today for my lunch was to fry some onions and garlic with a little olive oil, then I put some shrimps and 2 eggs, fried them together with the onions and garlic.
Then I put the veggies like pepper, mushroom and then tomatoes. Stirred them for a few minutes then I threw some couscous and put some water and mixed the whole thing and boiled everything for several minutes till the couscous was soft enough.
You can put rice instead of couscous too. This is what the Romanian flatmate did. And for rice, it's better when the rice becomes really soft.
And voila, I didn't have to put salt nor anything so it's quite healthy, and it's quite tasty actually. And more importantly, quick!
