The low slung pants one in Georgia IS being enforced. It was passed in the last year or two, to combat the "fashion trend" of wearing your pants down at your actual crotch level.

Las Vegas does indeed forbid walking your dog on the Strip. But, that's the only place where it is prohibited. I can't imagine why anyone would WANT to walk a dog there.

The others are all old, and most date back to the 19th century (the one about footwear in bed, dates from cowboys going to bed with their spurs on, and ripping up the bed clothes).
