Almost nine years into office, Prime Minister Stephen Harper has reverted to his original position on the Senate: rather than take on the hopeless task of attempting reform, he’s just not going to appoint any.

Between this, Trudeau cutting ties with Liberal senators and the NDP wanting it abolished it would seem that no one really likes the Senate. I wouldnt mind seeing his successor (however that might be) continue with this.
