Everything I've read says that the helicopter was a gift for William's 32nd birthday. and he is a helicopter pilot. If it was leased, I wonder why they didn't lease a new one?

don't think it was actually previously owned according to one article...it will be a 1 year trial to see if it is cost effective...not really much of a gift in my mind but...*shrug*

every article on it says something different..it's new, it's old, it was purchased, it was leased...
