Government Healthcare In America

I was watching American President Obama’s speech on CNN and was very impressed that the all Americans will finally be covered with health insurance.
In his question and answer session with the reporters was very informative.
He said that the government health plan will bring back competition to the healthcare industry and he said that health care provider will not be able to drop people from the insurance plan just because they get sick on a regular bases.
Realistically speaking if the government healthcare system comes into effect the healthcare industry will lose 60% of their business and their customers will be business employee’s group care.
Individuals will just take the government healthcare.
Obama said that the healthcare insurance companies are releasing their earnings and they are experiencing record profit in a down turned economy.
Healthcare insurance companies are spending millions of dollars on special interest groups to try to kill the Obama’s healthcare plan.
These special interest groups are trashing Canadian healthcare by telling lies about how people have to wait to get lifesaving treatment and they got a Canadian woman who had a brain tumor and was told that she would have to wait six months to get the operation so she went to America and paid her $100,000 before they would treat her and now she is suing the provincial government to get her money.
Seems in America fear tactics work well.
Obama said that with a government healthcare system people will have more money in their pockets because there will be no bill for $100,000 it will come out of taxes which in the long run saves more money because healthcare will be cheaper.
When you think of highway robbery or scams a lot of people feel in America that private healthcare falls into this category but because there is no other choice then they are left vulnerable and are slaves to these private companies.
If Obama’s plan is passed for once in a long time the American people will get their dignity back and they deserve that.
