We should seriously start using liberal hate speech laws to our advantage....we should be prosecuting Liberals for their seething Anti-Americanism and hate.

The inhabitants of DC were disallowed the right to vote long before the main population was one of African descent.

DC has had voting rights for at least 40 years that I can remember, it is representation that is the issue because of the legal definition of District of Columbia.
