Not to the same degree. It's that degree that sets us apart. Also, sure, there are many gods made in man's image. The Greek gods are a good example. They murdered, and fornicated and lied to their heart's content and were still worshipped. In fact they can be viewed as a justification for man to do the same and the Greeks went about their lives quite content in the knowledge that their gods were not morally superior to themselves.
