Gal Gadot is missing the top of one of her fingers after suffering a salad chopping accident while she was a little tipsy.
The Wonder Woman 1984 star began day drinking while stuck at home during lockdown, but one boozy incident led to a kitchen nightmare.
Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, she said: “I cooked a lot, too much. I drank probably too much. You know the early days of the pandemic when you start drinking mimosa or sangria or whatever at 11 a.m.?
“So I did that and then I decided I’m going to make a cabbage salad because that’s what one wants to do. So I started to chop the thing and I completely, I chopped the top of my finger (off).”

Gal called on her husband, Yaron Varsano, to come to her aid, but he wasn’t much help: “Yaron went to the chopping board, and he held the finger. Then he got so disgusted that he threw it into the garbage.”
Asked if she then sought treatment at a hospital, she responded: “No, because it (finger tip) was in the garbage disposal! There was nothing to sew on!”
Gal has since temporarily given up drinking after revealing she is expecting her third child with Yaron. The couple will welcome another girl, a sister for their daughters Alma, nine, and three-year-old Maya.
