I don't think it will be. I think it will be more like the Green Party and bring issues to the forefront whether its members are elected or not.
It will also encourge other parties to seek out native candidates in an effort to compete because if natives suddenly start showing up at the polls, they'll make up a large demographic in some constituencies...enough to make or break a party in a close race.
