Absolutely ridiculous how they waste their time pandering to the week willed and the ignorant ,these Peterborough City Council ,should spend their time and our money better, community wardens just another bunch of fascist ,nobodies in a uniform, and given powers they should never have, just because the police no longer care to do do the job that they are payed to do.

Very well said. I'll tell you where the police were that day. They were at the football stadium. Manchester United was in town for a pre-season friendly. Seeing the great Man U was more important I guess. Their fans were on the way to the stadium. They were drunk and obnoxious, but I was targeted for my t-shirt.
