Maybe countries could open immigration for women and children who want to leave and then once those who want to leave have left a giant dome or travel restrictions can be placed over the country and they can fight themselves into extinction.

If I were the parent of that 10 year old girl, I'd be trying to kill too. But MY "honor killing" would compell me to eliminate that "Mullah" from the face of this earth, and NOT my daughter.

The twisted thinking these people have, is almost beyond belief.
