Law makers are pushing for Exit strategy in Iraq.
coupla questions come to mind.
How would "they" define exit strategy??
Has a target date been considered at all??
Who would be exiting and who would be staying??
Would an exit from Iraq mean that the military bases would not be completed???
Will the Bushzarros use "delay " tactics ??? and excuses??
Will the Iraqis be truly free and independant of the US and have their country back???
Or are the Iraqis happy to have the US park its fat butt in their country indefinately??
an aside: IF the USG wanted Iraq so BADLY , why didn't they just buy it ??? The zillions of bucks that have been spent on this mess and the countless lives lost .....would have been prevented. And then there is that little ol' OIL factor. How much more money will be required to reconstruct Iraq?? Those that destroy , must pay the bill to repair ,it seems. (or will the USG blame SH for the destruction?? )
countless questions and very few HONEST answers.
