seems the second that bush appointed himself "war Prez", he has taken all the liberties he can. This self appointed role of "war" prez has only expanded his own powers and greed for more. ....so he continues to "justify" his devious actions under the guise of "we are at war". ( wars that he started). He made sure he framed terrorism into a "war" framework.....to do just that. the underhandedness ,deviousness of the bush cabal knows no boundaries. Seems it will stop at nothing to get what it wants....
