I always wondered this myself, surely SOMEONE had to have, even once...
You know- I think some folks just might not understand what "spam" is.. I know a few people who don't get it (and they happen to use computers quite a bit, making them almost dangerous to have on your adress list) and they will send me all manner of garbage, like them obvious "tracking" type things with a million address CC-ed onto them...
I do believe that some folks HAVE to think spam is just the same as commercials on tv- almost like legitimate advertising of a sort- some of it looks at least kinda legitimate, especially if you don't really know anything about computers beyond Explorer and Outlook
