I just came across the quote below, online today and thought What a nice reminder of the reality of our world.

Even if everyone worked hard and wend to college / university, someone would still need to make our pizza, stock our shelves, and drive our cabs.

Quite looking down on them and assuming they deserved to live in poverty.

True enough. But also supply and demand, physician's wages would drop along with lawyers, etc, making their services cheaper. :)

I agree with the sentiment of the quote, but charity of thought and action is always the enemy of the money masters and they are loath to see these charitable works. Anything of decent human nature is poison to them, they recoil in revulsion every time a bowl of soup is exchanged without their cut being forwarded.
