A man who was making up to $400/day impersonating Elmo, was arrested last week for harassing tourists for tips. Two other individuals were also arrested impersonating Mr. Incredible and the masked character from the Scream horror movie.

These guys claim that they were arrested at gunpoint, handcuffed and paraded along the Hollywood Walk of Fame so many could see them humiliated.

The individuals were booked for aggressive begging, which is a misdemeanor.

These days in America, if you're arrested for spitting out your gum on the Sidewalk, you can be sure it will be at gunpoint....
