i really wish such creatures existed :( Last night on The Discovery Network,a fascinating mock documentary about the supposed finding of a frozen dragon carcass in the Carpathian Mts. Then, they explained how such beings could fly and breathe fire. As every culture on the planet has dragons in their cultures, just perhaps there were dragons in the far distant past & we just haven't recognized the remnants of bones we've found.

I too watched that show on Discovery. I had to keep reminding my hubby and friend ( & @ times myself....hee...) that it was a mock-umentary. It was pretty interesting!!! :tongue2:

PEI...for now
:x Dammit, I only have Peasantvision at home and couldn't see it. Sounds neat. I liked what they did with the Walking with Dinosarus series and the post dinosaur mammals.

Where The Wild Things Are
Yep, very cool show. I think the computer gen stuff was done by the same people who did Walking with Dinosaurs, so you woulda loved it, Jo.

Yay for Discovery. It used to be my favourite channel until they went overboard with all the construction and car shows. I still watch @discovery, but I haven't seen much regular programming that appealed to my taste, until this. Here's hoping they get back to more diverse scheduling. :)
