This actually happened again this morning and we are still working on a resolution. It's apparant that the issue encountered were not resolved sufficiently. Unfortunately, this site operates on commercial software and we must work with the providers in order to resolve the bugs and issues associated with the software.
The bugs found are not widespread and therefore, they (I'm not mentioning company names) has shoved it aside! They got a mouth full from me today.

That's the disadvantage of a forum, as well as chat, you can not link a certain tone to it, so when you say "hey bastard" people don't know whether you are really trying to insult them, or you just mean it in a "friendly" way ... Anyway, I'm babbling again.
