Back in the 1970s, they told us that a brontosaurus had a brain the size of a walnut, but they were wrong. That was Doug Ford's brain. Spongey protein, encrusted in a wooden shell, and fuck all else. From my vantage point, Doug either became addicted to the celebrity the media was giving him in the US, or he's just a numbfuck, or both.
I'm coming down on the side of both.
All my friends who have voted Liberal and repeatedly had their Elbows knocked down say, "Well, what would you have done differently?"
Look, sometimes you gotta negotiate with unhinged people, and Donald Trump is clearly unhinged, so how? Well, I can tell you that this approach was destined to fail, but the video was the least of it. Ford has made it his business to call down Donald Trump, and suddenly, he's surprised?
This is essentially what the Liberals have done as well; they campaigned on Elbows up and kicking America's ass in a trade war. We pause temporarily in remembrance of all the brain cells that were savagely killed during the planning stages of this brilliant piece of strategy.

- Rebrand the famed Chicken Dance to the Elbows Up Liberal Revival Dance.
- Blame it all on Justin Trudeau, which isn't hard because he's the worst PM in Canada's history, and Justin is pretty much a fuckhead.
