I watch little TV and last year installed a 'free to air' antenna and pay no cable or satellite fees but tonight I was flabergasted by what I saw on TV.

I'm usually not home at 7 pm but was today. I sat down and The National ? (cbc's all news channel whatever it's called) was on and the show was the Lange/Leary report.

I had never seen it before. They start talking about canadians personal debt loads and then he starts talking about what would happen if mortgage rates went up yadda, yadda,.

The thing that stunned me was he would get 4 or 5 words out and she would start yammering at him. After this happened twice I turned up the volume and this sort of interuppting before he could make a point continued.

He didn't seem like he was perturbed by it, but if this was supposed to be a 'point counter point' type show, it gets a huge fail grade.

I then started to regret spending $100.00 last year on the antenna ..............

Lamestream tv is a disaster. Definitely not worth paying for.
We watch online; no ads, better content, doesn't cost any more than what your net service is, etc.

we're very happy with the channels we like, 52 inch tv. there is no way i'm going to sit and
watch on a computer, when I have such a wonderful tv, what we watch isn't lamestream, and what we don't
like, we don't watch, but we still have lots of good channels.
my husband would never watch if he had to watch on a computer, too small for his eyes.

I always have two or three programs on the go, no commercials for me, I just switch to another program,
I won't watch commercials, and many of the programs are on at another time, so I can catch up if I need to
at another time.

There is one sports link that has several British channels not normally available on USA tv ----- Sport Lemon or frombar.tv

I watched some good freestyle & Nordic skiing earlier. Really good stuff.
