Did'ja ever notice that when the politicians and news people talk about global warming, they NEVER say the phrase "reduce our FOSSIL FUELS emissions" ?

Thats because they want to take the heat off the real offender in global warming, FOSSIL FUELS and the corporations that sell them. Instead, they might say "pollution", or "emissions that cause global warming".

"Reduce our use of FOSSIL FUELS" must become the key phrase if we are to combat the worst effects of global warming. Even at this late stage where we can no longer avoid serious consequences from the sudden climate shift caused by the sudden eruption of fossil fuels emissions [from burning fossil fuels] our politicans are bowing to their financial base [Harper, oil corporations] and are doing things like averting our attention to SMOG, or out of the blue, Nationhood status for Quebec.

How cynical to be doing that when Quebecers themselves say global warming is more important than their 'unique identity' crisis.

Probably not so much the "corporations that sell them" as it is the people that consume them. I don't blame oil companies, or the government for that matter, for global warming so much as the people who don't make an effort to reduce their consumption of fossil fuels.

Environment

To help environment, is better than to say or criticize. This can be done at nature conversatory and other nature protection sites, to build or help car companies that build cars that are effective (therefore reduce greenhouse gases) and to treat wastes and recycle every material into another state. As in also radical view point, to stop global warming can be achieved by banning Fossil Fuels (same action was done to CFCs to prevent our pollution in water levels)

Caring for the future of our generation is build by generations. Words with outline and a lot of action will give us success.​

Yeah right,that should be quite easy.Let's all turn in our cars trucks,etc,and live like the flintstones. I always thought Betty was hot. No oil,no economy=no future,no global warming.I guess it would work.:tongue7:
