Hillary Clinton is off the hook, again. The FBI, whose director sprang a late election surprise by revealing a further investigation into Clinton emails, now has given the "all clear" to the Democratic nominee.

From The New York Times: "James B. Comey, the F.B.I. director, said in a letter to members of Congress that “based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Secretary Clinton.'”

The FBI announcement threw the Trump camp into an apoplectic tizzy. Trump's campaign manager, Kellyanne Conway, turned on FBI director Comey claiming he had "mishandled the investigation" from the outset.

Moments before the FBI announcement, Trump running mate Mike Pence was heaping praise on the FBI:

I'm confident that they'll handle the investigation in a timely and professional manner."


James Comey has sent a letter to congress updating and clarifying his letter from the 28th.

“Since my letter, the FBI investigative team has been working around the clock to process and review a large volume of emails from a device obtained in connection with an unrelated criminal investigation,” Comey wrote on Sunday. “During that process we reviewed all of the communications that were to or from Hillary Clinton while she was Secretary of State … I am very grateful to the professionals at the FBI for doing an extraordinary amount of high-quality work in a short period of time.”
“Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Secretary Clinton,”

Local political commentators said on Gopherland tv that some early voters cast their votes against Hillary because they thought these stupid reports had credibility and that some have since changed their minds because of the new revelations. Now it is too late to take back their votes against her.

I think this was a diversion to keep attention off the Clinton's Charity Trust. It seems to have worked too. BUT... that is the big source of a lot of what I suspicion is criminal activity.

If you listen to this summation of the move it only means there will be no charges before the election. \that also means there is no reason to keep the documents secret and the public can look through them at will. The FBI will be doing that over the next few months also as will members of Congress.
