Three employees from the Hands of Our Future Daycare in Dover, Delaware were arrested after a cell phone video showed employees watching and encouraging two 3-year-olds fight each other.


Tiana Harris, 19, Lisa Parker, 47, and Estefania Myers, 21, were charged with Assault, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Reckless Endangering and Conspiracy for the incident, which occurred in March of 2012 and was captured on cell phone video.

lol... this was my strategy once (god forgive me). my kids kept taking pot shots at one another. They were young, 4 and 5 or so. They were just constantly smacking, slapping, etc. Finally one day, I snapped. Nothing was working. So, I stood them face to face and said 'Go for it, but I'm done with the sneaky pot shots. You get a punch, she gets a punch, and you can both just keep punching until someone gives up.'

Neither one threw a punch. And the swiping at one another stopped and never started up that bad ever again (yet).

But, I also didn't film it. lol.

Oh Karrie, the missed Youtube opportunity!! What were you thinking?

My kids are 7 years apart so I never had to deal with physical fighting. Of course there were other ways to torture each other. When my daughter was about 3 or 4 she used to tell her older brother when he was pestering her to 'Stop ignoring me', lol. She of course meant annoying, but since she technically said ignoring and he was only to happy to comply with her request.
