Willies stew chicken is this dish with really spiced chicken stewed to the falloff the bone state....LOL...sorry Twila i actually thought cool i'll show her....they put it on rice and like the gravy thats made with it....
not really a curry, not really a jerk, sort of in btw.....
If you go to an authentique Jamaican place like Willies always ask for your jerk "No chop"....Willies chops the legs and thighs up and you spend a lot of time picking the bone fragments out....stew chicken comes chopped....
If you got to Willies ask for extra veg when ordering the dinner and you get this huge amount of coleslaw...it's not coleslaw though it's carrot and this white stuff veg i never thought to ask what it is......
Willie's at Jane and wilson i go to a lot....The place is filled with hardcore characters, of which i am now proud to be one.....I flirt with the girls BIG TIME and the chef dishing it out always give me more....some of the girls always check to see whats in the take out box and smile when they see the portions.....Look for Mavey this cool women who sells ripped dvd's for 5 bucks a pop.....i don't buy them but she is great to chat to......
