Bell and Rogers ARE a crime spree. We pay more for our mobile phone service than almost everyone else on Earth.
That's because most states grant their consumers more free choice in the world market than the Soviet Dominion of Canada does.
One of my old Professors was a CRTC Commissioner. He was also a Jesuit priest. That tells you something about the CRTC and it's machinations.
