City dwelling at a low price.

Private.

No sharing required, you get the entire unit to yourself.

Annex/University of Toronto (Spadina Ave and Bloor Street West) area.

Hot Docs Rodgers Cinema, Dollorama, Live Bands, Metro 24-hour Supermarket, Restaurants of all types, Health Food Stores, Sports Bars etc. are nearby

$355/month or $145/week
Refundable security deposit
Cleaning fee

You get to use the entire motorhome that sleeps 2-3 people in one of these areas.

You get this deal in exchange for some compromises...

Camp in a retro classic vintage self-contained '90's luxury motorhome parked in a quiet area in a quiet area of Toronto. Lots of shops, restaurants, entertainment, cafes nearby.

You get to use the entire unit that has one large double bed and a small single bed. No charge for extra guests. Inexpensive clean comfortable living.

Plumbing, toilet, sink, holding tanks etc. have limited availability. No shower in the motorhome. Washrooms, showers are open to the public nearby in restaurants, cafes, community recreation centres etc.

This 1990's 19 foot long motor home is for stationary use.

Close to everything. Walk everywhere.

I am a person who has been active in the community for many years. I am currently working to solve the high cost of housing.

You should also show the three-foot deep pile of parking tickets stuck to the windows.

I don't want to be a Blackleaf or Boomer and flood the thread with pictures so I left this message at the bottom of the post for anyone who's interested in looking at the pictures......

Renting a hotel in Toronto is crazy expensives also.

Back in May i paid $650 for a 2 bedroom hotel room for a night downtown and they still charged for parking.

Better off just getting a room in Vaughn, park your car at that nearest subway station (Cant remember the name) and take the subway to downtown Toronto.
