I'm lookin at the MSN headlines and read that Joanie "Chyna" Laurer is dead at 45. Didn't know much about the lady other than she was famous from the pro wrestling business. I don't know why it bothers me but it does for some reason. Maybe because she was only 45. I guess there's not much to say other than 45 is way too young to die and it makes me feel bad for the lady. Anyway Gopher, you're a wrestling fan you'd know more than I about the Lady. RIP.

Chyna had problems, was said to have roided up in the past and to have committed domestic violence against her partner pro wrestler Sean Waltman. Despite all the money she made modelling in the buff, she lived in obscurity and was not known by her neighbors as she kept a low profile.

Sad that she, like so many others in the business of pro wrestling, died so young.

Wrestler Chyna's ashes dropped in ocean months after death

The ashes of beloved WWE legend Chyna have finally been dropped at sea — more than six months after her tragic death.
The 46-year-old former headliner, whose real name is Joanie Laurer, died April 20 of a drug overdose at her home in California.
Chyna’s ashes were reportedly kept in a rhinestone urn that was dropped into the Pacific Ocean. A camera crew was on hand for the touching service.
From the pinnacle of wrestling stardom, she began a long decline into drug addiction and alcoholism.
She posed nude for Playboy and entered the world of pornography, starring in Back Door to Chyna and Another Night in Chyna.
When she died she had been struggling with a longtime crystal meth addiction.
Her former manager, Anthony Anzaldo told the New York Daily News at the time of her death that Chyna's passing was caused by a mixture of Valium and Ambien.
"She was inappropriately taking her legally prescribed medication over the course of two to three weeks. On Sunday night, her body had enough,” he told the newspaper.
"Her normal amount was one thing, but over the course of time she was increasing, and not properly. "It looked like she died peacefully in her sleep, there were no illegal drugs, no alcohol, it wasn't like her home was a mess.”
He added: "At this time there's no thought of it being an intentional thing."
After she left college, Chyna rocketed to superstardom, joining the ranks of great wrestling Femme Fatales like the Fabulous Moolah and Mae Young.
Her sister Kathy Hamilton told The Bleacher Report: “The WWE was the only place where she was ever accepted. Once she lost that, she fell into a hole. And she never could climb out of it.”
