We’ve fallen for counterfeit Chinese bullshit recently (or maybe not so recently). I’m assuming it’s Chinese…

Finished of the open roll of parchment paper recently, so opened the box on the shelf that was below it to carry on with the baking project.

As soon as I touched it, I had one of those “What the Shit?” moments…& read the box again…yep, says Parchment Paper but doesn’t feel like Parchment Paper…or even wax paper though it felt sort’a waxy?

Read the box a third time & thought, Oh well, maybe something new, etc…

That Shit Melted in our oven & to our food.

Couldn’t even tell you where we bought it or when. The job getting that mess off the baking pan? Good grief!! I don’t know what it is in that box, but I know what it’s not.
