Is that the only toddler that's washed up on the beach from Syria?

I think the question raised is far more important then a families temporarily hurt feelings or offense. They didn't have to see the image. I wonder how it came to their attention?

The question the image asks if hugely important. Those men who felt that their right to grab and sexually violate were greater then the rights of the women to be safe from such attacks and so, maybe seeing these self centred men were once little boys will help the community to see that the refugees that are young are going to need guidance from their community. It takes a village to raise a child...not just a family.

If it weren't for the shock value, the message would likely never have hit home for anyone. How many of us had forgotten about that horrific image of that little boy? I haven't thought of it since it happened.

At least he has not been forgotten by all...

PARIS — French President Emmanuel Macron has paid respects to the 17 people killed when Islamic extremists attacked satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo and a kosher supermarket three years ago, in the first of several attacks to rock France.
Along with Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo, Charlie Hebdo’s chief editor and cartoonist Laurent Sourisseau and others, Macron laid wreaths and observed moments of silence on Sunday outside the former premises of the weekly newspaper and the Hyper Cacher supermarket in Paris.
On Jan. 7, 2015, brothers Cherif and Said Kouachi killed 11 people at Charlie Hebdo’s office and a policeman in a nearby street. The following days, their associate Amedy Coulibaly killed a policewoman outside Paris and four people during a hostage-taking at the supermarket. The three attackers were killed in shootouts with police.

So they've suddenly forgotten the "Je Suis Charlie" campaign of three years ago. Numpties.
