sure ITN,

You are firmly convinced that only "they" are the terrorists I see. Funny how that happens (well actually not funny at all, and very well understood how it happens).

Perhaps you prefer this quote:

"We have a president for whom English is a second language. He's like 'We have to get rid of dictators,' but he's pretty much one himself." -- Robin Williams

No, most people, in fact the vast majority of people don't go through the psychological barrier to kill others for whatever we
desire and then have the twisted egotism to
extoll our reprehensible behavior for a higher cause.

i your mind is this twisted egotism applied to soldiers aswell? because most people sign up to be in the army with the expectation that they will be able to kill people for a higher cause.

I think not

I understand caracal, when all else fails, seek an emotional reaction.

At least as concerns suicide terrorism, the one clear, overriding factor that encourages it is occupation by a foreign power. This outweighs poverty and lack of political freedom. That's why the US "War on Terror" is such a scam. The invasion and occupation of Iraq has increased terrorist activity and threat according to every non-partisan intelligence agency in the world,as well as according to the CIA.

Here's a paper that demonstrates this fact which everyone knows except for Bush, Harper and people who watch Fox news.
