I mean, come on you’re Canadian at least back a Canadian team..

Traveling from Thunder Bay to Kapuskasing, Ontario I’ve never seen so many Boston Bruins stickers on the back windows of pickup trucks..

I get it though, the area sorta looks 3rd world like México but a lot colder..

Looks like good’ol boys.. hunt’in, shoot’in, 4 wheel’in, beer drink’in and f*ck’in is about all that goes on up here..

But to drive around with a Boston Bruins sticker, that’s just reaching a new low..

Come on man, Montreal Canadians, Canucks or Oilers..

The Bruins are the NHL's answer to the Riders. Six cups in 100 years (a large chunk of those in a six team league) is pretty pathetic.

Not sure why sports fans are drawn to loveable losers. Perhaps it's because the fans are losers themselves and they can relate. It certainly explains Rider fans

I can see the Maritimes because of the close proximity to Bahston but somebody in Ontario cheering for the Bruins is like a Winnipegger cheering for the Browns.

We went to a game in Boston when my daughter was 14, she was wearing her Montreal jersey. The game was fine, good natured ribbing, but afterward, walking in the crowd to the subway, some loudmouth jerk was giving her a hard time. Before I could do anything, jerk's girlfriend said, 'Shut up you asshole, she's just a kid!' and dragged him away.
