That's weird it let me watch it yesterday. Maybe they didn't have it completely in their system. (I taped the audio portion if you want it..people like me are why they restrict these things, lol) It's unedited and awesome.

No, not just you. And he has a show in the next day in LA, so it's not like he had to be on the East Coast because he had a show there. Also, is it a show? Just a meet and greet? It's not clear.

I think Andrew sounded great on Ellen. I'll miss him. I wish he had found his groove, he would have gone far on the show.

Kris: Maybe some of the Idols are going to be at different places around the country that night, representing IGB in person? Hard Rock isn't small potatoes. When they say "show from 8 to 10 do they mean the TV show?

As for Crystal...I guess I can't blame her. It sounds like she missed her kid, she's a mother of a young child; that's not easy.

I happen to think she's kind of odd; there was a story by someone who was at one of the results shows, who said that, at every commercial break, she argued with one of the security guys at the foot of the stage, pointing to her friends or family in the audience. Nobody found out what that was about. But that's a weird way to behave during a live broadcast, in front of an audience in a theatre.

I'm sure there's a lot of crap to deal with, but who even knows what it is? I just read a couple of days ago that Dunkelman left the show after the first season because he said it was a mean show. Not surprised.

What are these rumors about Paula coming back? Ugh.

I was just trying to put a good face on the Kris thing. I don't know why he can't appear on IGB. He should.

Oh, I wouldn't be able to do it either, and when you read about the big name musical acts that say they get really nervous about performing on Idol and being judged. It says a lot. Idol is really designed to mess with their heads and it's only the people who really know what they want to do musically and who they are that can take their talents and translate them to the week to week performances while being judged for every little they thing they do. It ain't easy that's for sure.

Andrew sounded good on Sunday Morning. That suited his voice.

ETA: I don't think Crystal knows the show at all. It's like Crystal and Casey are aliens from a strange Idol-less land. Where you can talk back to judges and sing the same style every week. (They're my faves at the moments but this season is whack .. along with Lee)

I've tried but I can't find ant video of Kris being introduced at the Wiltern. Supposedly some of the crowd didn't know he was going to be opening (it wasn't on the tickets or the posters? Maybe not). I forget where I read this. Anyhow, they supposedly really went nuts when he was introduced. And then again when he came on and started into CSA. That's cool.

That was his audition song, I think. With some of my other faves gone, he was really the only one I was still interested in. I guess I like his voice and his style a lot more than you guys. I really don't like anyone who's still there a whole lot. Probably Casey the most, but just in a technical way. Crystal, ditto.

Have you guys watched all of Kris's performances at the Wiltern? He was great.

(Thanks for the Petapalooza version of AWM. Loved it!)
