Came back in front of my computer. Can't stand Ke$ha. She's everything I hate rolled into one performer. And I think her songs are the most horrible songs EVER.

I don't mind her other song but I can't stand this one and have to change the station when it comes on the radio. 3-OH-3 only makes it worse.

WHY are these chicks who are into doing stage movement so totally clumsy and uncoordinated? Is she doing that on purpose? Is it camp? Can anyone tell me? Can she even walk?

There's something truly painful about some of her notes. I think Lacey's really nice. I only wish she sang better.

I think it's a good thing, it's always weird if they have a week performance and they have to sing that song when they leave. At least, she could re-do what was her best performance.

I'm glad that she's gone. She seems like a sweet girl, didn't want to start hating her if she stayed too long.

WWFM 78 spins last week, and they added it before it was on the chart
LLWD 49 spins last week and they added it at #33 so it's been on the chart for awhile.

I almost missed DAVID!!! Right at the beginning, I never tune in right at the beginning. grr! They sounded good too! And yay for David doing IGB. Cool.

Orianthi...a rock and roll pioneer? Okay, whatever.

Rock and Roll pioneer - um, no. She was good though, better than I thought she'd be live. (after watching This is It - I wasn't convinced she was the second coming like the press claimed) She's not a bad pop singer though, and she can play guitar for sure. So better than I thought.

Holy Hell Ke$ha. WTF? Dancing tv's Indian headdresses a Gaga cast off for a almost dress? Oh, train wreck this is where you were. Ke$ha should not try to be Gaga. She's actually pretty funny - if looking a bit like the party left her behind once it moved on. Blah, Blah, Blah though is possibly the most annoying song ever.

And bye Lacey. I liked you - but last night was horrible.

and yes it's a very good thing that they can pick the song they want to try to save themselves. I like that idea.

yep, sorry - Holtrenfrew or Holt Renfrew is a high end department store in Toronto.

I loathe the lipsynching they've done with the group sings. I mean they're awful, but I'd rather they be awful live than awful taped. When they sing them live they are a cheesy good time, when they tape them they are sadly just cheese.

Um, that was a weird decision to put that all out there. But, they seemed to have a great weekend!

I just bought some studio versions: Lee's, Didi's and Siobhan's. Yes, Siobhan's. And it sounds pretty awesome. In the studio, the "mask effect" when she's singing is not as present, so she sounds great. Didi's is nice as well, but a bit short at 2:20. Lee's is solid. I was wondering if I should get Crystal's but the 30 seconds snippet didn't convince me.

Well, I don't mean to continue to sound like a dolt, but I guess I don't get the connection of that info to the spins last week. Does it have something to do with spin #'s? I think they were playing LLWD a lot earlier than WWFM, at any rate. But I wonder why they have reduced the # of plays so (seemingly) drastically recently?

As for WWFM, there are the Boston version of the Glamberts requesting it like mad (I'm going to go out on a limb on this one and say it's Glamberts, though it may be regular listeners, too), because lately it's been in the Top 7 At 7 all the time.

If I can be objective for a second (I can't, but I'll try), I think, overall, that LLWD is completely contemporary, and it's crisp, concise. I think it's a really good song. WWFM is also an earworm but so sluggish and by-the-numbers. Much duller and "older." Not bad, but I've always found it lackluster. I'm actually kind of surprised it's done so well. I think I would feel the same if Adam sang LLWD and Kris sang WWFM. But of course they wouldn't.

Haha! I meant Tik Tok. It's on Kiss108 every five minutes. Blah Blah Blah, not so much. Basically, three weeks ago, if I wanted to hear LLWD, I just had to turn on Kiss 108 and wait about 15 minutes. Not so, now.
