Hee! Yes, CTV for me.. I miss CBC -- good thing CTV stole the CBC's Olypmic host Brian Williams away or I would be banging my head against the wall.

I kinda love both, lol! And at least, that number was upbeat, the others were beautiful, but they almost put me to sleep!!

How about that 10 minute drive through the streets of Vancouver in the pouring rain? OMG, I was about to rip the torch from Wayne's hands stick it in the ground and call it a day. :)

Did you get Garou in your broadcasts? I cringed all through the song. He pretty much massacred one of the most beautiful québécois songs. He's usually a good singer, I wonder what happened.

LOL. I think that's what you were seeing during the Garou performance, maybe! I'm watching with a delay, but right after his performance, the flame was entering the stadium. At least, that means the world didn't see his trainwreck.

No! I saw Garou! I really liked it - I don't know the song though so I have nothing to compare it to.

I loved Garou in Notre Dame de Paris - I have that CD. :)

Wow, you have the Notre Dame de Paris CD? Yeah, there are some good songs in there. I'm glad that you liked his performance.

"Un peu plus haut" was written by Jean-Pierre Ferland (the man in the video). It was made popular by Ginette Reno, she's an INCREDIBLE singer. She pwns Céline in that video. Anyway, that duet made me cry like a baby.

Well, I posted earlier that the "Crazy" performance will be interesting to see. Is there something we should discuss? And yeah, I was pretty busy with the Olympics!
