I'm not a big Pink fan, I like only a few of her songs. WWFM must fall in the category of the songs from her that I like!

I just posted on MJ's blog since I loved Come Together and someone just posted they thought it was "painful". Of course, these are the usual creeps. Anyhow I just posted to disagree and say I loved it.

I was really happy he did it again! Did you guys ever think he would sing that again? Never even crossed my mind.

I did wonder if he would do another Beatles tune sometime. And he did that one on his home visit too. But ever since he said that his favourite Beatles tune was Dear Prudence I've wanted him to do that one. Andrew comment about Kris and set lists was very telling, I think Kris will just keep mixing things up.

and regarding the comments - I sometimes wonder if Idol fans listen to rock music at all?? Maybe that's the issue.

I was very happy he did Come Together again, it was so so so good!

I have to admit that I may be ready for a new cover, something he didn't do on Idol (in addition to his own songs of course). I know the mashups are different, but I'm gready, lol!

It's funny, people on DCO have been having a discussion a bit about that in the last couple of days. Mainly about Lyndsay Parker's newest interview with Adam (that I admitedly didn't watch). They (Lyndsay and Adam) seemed to have a weird vision of rock, like Nickelback was the definition of current rock music (yuck, Nickelback) and Adam seemed to believe TFM and Music Again were straight up rock songs. It seems a lot of Glamberts who love him haven't been listening to music (especially rock music) since the '70s. Anyway, the people on DCO hate pretty much everyone that calls Adam a "rock god" (like Kara did on Idol), and I agree with them, Adam is not even a rocker, even less a rock god.

I actively dislike both these songs. I think with TFM the whole video/movie angle tainted it (plus it's cheesy as hell) and Music Again. I do not get the love for that song. I just put it on just to see if I was giving it a hard time for no reason. And nope. It just sounds old fashioned to me. Justin sounded old fashioned when he had his hit for crying out loud and that was years ago.

I agree with them, Adam is not even a rocker, even less a rock god.

There are songs on his album that have more of a rock feel, but really it's more pop or dance on the whole. I think Idol fans started to think of Adam as this Rawk god only when it was pronounced by the judges.. you are a rawk god. I think before being a rawk god you must go on tour. That's one of my prerequisites for rawk-god-hood.

Still listening .. Aftermath.. don't get that one either. Sleepwalker I like even if it's got all the hallmarks of Ryan Tedder (thank you Kris for avoiding Ryan Tedder.. I don't know how you managed to slip out of that noose, you ninja)

Broken Open and Soaked.. just really pretty songs. I like.

Pick U Up - sounds familiar for some reason. Undecided on that one.

Thanks Ross! That's awesome that Kris went back to #1 - LMAO. I voted but I didn't vote for hours or anything. Awesome. I like the VH1 guy saying it's an epic battle. It will be good for both of them coming into NY for the concert. Yay! I would have been thrilled if Kris had got back up to #3.. just sayin.

The concert seems to have just finished up in Manilla. Looks like it was a-may-zing! :)

Yay, take that WWFM! I voted a lot this week (not for hours, but still). It's funny I wasn't really following the countdown last year with the Davids, but I think that's what happened, they kept exchanging the #1 spot.

Yeah, that resort in the Bahamas looks like a great spot to play a gig. I wish he'll do a gig someday somewhere I can go though. I hope he brings Katy to the Bahamas, I'm sure she would love it!

I've been out all day but last time I checked (@1:30 this afternoon), some Adam fans were freaking out on the "Kris reclaims #1 on VH1" thread, on our favorite blog. I always wondered what it sounded like when a Glambert's head exploded. Have you guys checked out those comments? Holy hell! All I can say is: thanks to all who voted!! :) :) :)

I voted regularly this week, but just a normal amount. Next week I'm gonna step it up. It would be sweet to keep Kris on top.

I haven't checked anything out about Manila. Was it epic?
