I think this is one of problems. There is almost a trying-too-hard to be edgy feel to it. The number of fans that act crazy may actually be lower in number, but louder than normal. Hopefully the new season of Idol will siphon some of the craziest away from Adam and on to someone new.


This is really cute - a slide show from the WPST acoustic show. The Photographer (professional) set the slideshow to LLWD too. Some nice shots of the band there.

Thanks for the slide show! Hey, I think that was Josh Radin in there, at one point (who I saw in Worcester, with Kris). (He was really good! I liked him a lot.) Also, All Time Low, and Jason Castro. Who else did you recognize? It's nice to hear a different (live) version of LLWD. I'm so used to the recorded version behind slide shows and things like that.

I love the People celeb hot list. Sick of that old pic of Kris. With so many great pics of him now, can't his peeps get a better pic out there? (It's a nice one - he just doesn't look like that any more...only one year later.) Also, too bad the headline is about Adam Lambert showing his true colors.

Seriously, between that picture and the one Rick Dees used and the NoBo one. And there is like a whole portfolio of pictures that I like that they don't use. lmao.

Vote in this poll if you want, but mainly, take a look at the comments. There are the usual fan wars, and too much about Adam, who is not in the running for "best Idol winner" at all -- but so many great comments about Kris -- it's very nice,

Anyway, I was mainly saying there were a lot of cool comments about Kris under the poll (and I actually did not write them!). But those Adam litanies. Sorry, Adam fans., your boy is not in this poll! Sheesh. Begone! Scat!

I sent that good Billboard review to a certain blog. I kind of expected to see it there this morning, but instead it's a headline about whether Adam will appear on Oprah, so maybe it will be in the headlines thread, which I don't think is up yet.

My own Idol Slezak (and some contributors) made a list of his favorites songs recorded by Idols:

Included are Kris's I Need to Know and Cook's Bar-ba-sol. I haven't heard most of the songs on that list however.

Oh, and Kris will perform again at the Club that he performed at on the 30th, in Las Vegas. Friday, I believe. I guess the club liked him and saw that he could attract a good crowd. So funny though to think that Adam might be the more Vegas-like performer and that it's Kris who gets gigs in that city!

That club probably attracts some real music fans (as opposed to fans of Vegas glitz or spectacle, I mean).

Here's another poll in the EdgeMusic series for artist of the year (Kris won against the two unknown bands I guess... I don't ever remember their names!). I actually saw it because somebody tweeted to Ryan Star that he was getting his ass beat by Kris on that poll and Ryan retweeted it. And now, Ryan is winning.

That is very cool that they got asked back. They were pretty awesome. I am still playing that version of ANS. I think it's funny that from each performance I have a different favourite song. :)

Oh, looks like it will be just Kris performing acoustically. Seems I'm not the only one to be blown away by acoustic ANS.

Kris will be performing solo, acoustic. No band (probably just Cale, I'm guessing).

Kris and Cale are tweeting each other.. I have no idea what they are talking about. Luckily Charles is also tweeting and since he tweets in pictures I understand him. They're eating dinner. *rolls eyes*

Cale also asked people to tweet them their favourite song of the album and what they thought the next single should be. It's interesting reading.

I have to say right now, I'm thinking BWCU. I know.. lol Totally wasn't even on my single radar before. But I'm really liking it right now as a single possibility. I think it might just mean I'm indecisive. :wave:

I don't begrudge Adam his Oprah gig, but naturally I wish it was Kris. I detest Oprah, but she's got a huge following.

I know it's great for Adam - but yeah I'm a little bitter too. lol Not that Adam gets to be on the show (that's great), but that Kris doesn't. Ah, well c'est la vie. Life ain't fair and all that.

This is just the chatter between songs but it's funny. The guys talk about not knowing about playing at BB King's -- hence Andrew's secret show tweet.

"Kris, you're my hero!" "Mine too!" (Ha. Mine too, I think.) I'm having a hard time hearing Kris's banter, though.
