Seriously, can you believe they're having somebody as a guest judge who wore that cape on the show? That should have gotten her banned for life. Plus, she can't sing. I'm waiting for Waking Up In Vegas to get off my radio. Begone! Scram.

Good point. And that's one of my (numerous) problems with the AI judges. No singers on that panel. I don't count Paula, she can't even sing live anymore (and I don't know if she was ever able to). Posh Spice and Katy Perry? Yuck. Katy Perry's songs are pretty well crafted I have to give her this, but she sounded horrible when she performed on AI and on the Grammy Awards.

By the way, I'm attending this thing sort of incognito. I haven't exactly told everybody I know that I'm going.

I don't know nothing about no Glee. Do they sing DSB on the show, or is it the theme song, or something?

Glee is a new (musical) FOX series. They aired the pilot after the final 2 performance show of AI last May. I watched it right before the finale to calm my nerves! I'll definitely be watching next fall. They did sing DSB on the show. Actually, during almost all the AI season they aired promos using this song. I'm sure you've seen the promo during AI, it was playing at least three times per hour. Their version is also available on iTunes.

OK, I pretty much just repeated what SleepinIn said. You can't say you did not receive the info, ross! Anyway, it was fun and light-hearted, but uplifting at the same time (and slightly cheesy). I can't resist something fun, uplifting and slighty cheesy.

They should have an actual singer who knows about singing. I don't think Katy Perry or Posh Spice could tell anyone anything technical about their performance. It's like having people judge olympic skating who know nothing about it.

Adam, Allison and Kris had the Elle photoshoot today - Kris in wings. *Dies* Must see this. The creative director who was tweeting the details was a fan of the three of them. I seem to remember him tweeting about missing the concert when they were in LA.

This Elle shoot makes me really interested. (This is high on the "duh" meter, but I have to ask: Is "Elle" a fashion mag? I'm assuming that. I've heard of it, but I never saw it.) Some of that fashion photography is really wild and creative. Supposedly Kris is wearing Adam's boots, also. And Kris in angel wings? omfg. Wonder what they'll do with the other two.

Oh-oh. I think I got that Jason Negron guy to interview Kris. I don't know. What do you think?

Last night someone tweeted him asking if he was going to interview Kris.

And he tweeted back, "Why should I?"

So I tweeted him and said he'd get thousands more followers if he did. And wouldn't that be a good thing?

So he tweeted me back: "Lol that would be great. I will talk to him today."

Yikes!!

I mean, how could it not be good for this guy to interview someone who has thousands of fans? They're all going to know who he is, from now on, and follow him. By the way -who is he? Do you think he'll be nice to Kris? Did I do right? Am I giving myself way too much importance, and he was going to do it all along? I assumed he was a journalist when the person asked him if he was gonna interview Kris. I guess he is. He seems to host hardcore rap parties or something. omg.

A lot of CI fans seem to dislike Jake, but I find myself agreeing with him the most. Not always, but a lot.

Yeah, the ELLE photoshoot is intriguing! I think last year, they had done one with all the top 10 and it was really a fashion photoshoot. I'm not 100% sure it was in ELLE, but I think it was.

Then I noticed my username and the answers. Why don't these answers to me show up on my own twitter page? They should, right? I was even following Oliver when he replied. So, shouldn't I have been able to see his reply?

Listen to the whispers at the beginning. Haha! People generally seem to treat Kris respectfully. Okay, maybe not the chick who stuck her tongue down his throat, that other time, but most of the time! Don't you think? Like these girls. They aren't yelling "You're hot!" at him, they're whispering it to each other. Something about him. He has dignity. Not in a stuffy way, but he isn't somebody I would feel comfortable bothering or intruding on. He's accessible but he's not. When he's signing autographs, he reminds me a lot of hockey and baseball players I got autographs from when I was little. They were the same way, just concentrating on signing, not really interacting much, pretty serious. Like doing a job. But nice.

But no. Although, I guess if you have 3 billion followers all of their chatter would get intensely tiresome so maybe that's why they don't go on your direct feed.

Yes - that's it exactly. I think this is a really, really healthy thing to do when you are a celebrity especially an AI celebrity - if you don't put up some kind of distance between you and the fans then they aren't going to give you any. I worry about Michael Sarver getting too caught up in the fan drama of twitter. I know he's having fun, but the more you give sometimes the more that people expect. As evidenced by the Adam fan brouhaha of yesterday.

I watched the MFB show yesterday and it was fun. I love the MFB. (I know you'll appreciate this Ross - *snort* but Missaddicted just might - Antonio? Um, really hot - why yes he is ) They had Anoop on and it was nice to see them just have a moment of fan love. There weren't a lot Q&A's - Anoop = tall.

I did get Oliver's reply in my regular messages. I also got a couple of others that way. Wonder why some, not others? (BTW, people have been saying Kris has been getting great replies to his NASDAQ tweet. How do you read the replies people have been tweeting to Kris? Or to anybody? I don't know that was possible.)

Thanks for the Twist moment. Kris is in that magazine, I think, and others like that. I check them out at the store, when I can, but I can't really check out fan-girl mags without looking like a pervert. Ha. So, from what I've seen, Kris is featured a lot. Not Adam. That is why it was with a heavy heart that I read this morning that Adam beat Kris for the Teen Choice Award.

Of course, I'm pretty sure the Adam frauen made this happen. Here it is, the frauen in action. Or maybe they're teens. Very organized teens.

I loved the interview on MTV. A lot of people on mj's seemed to think it was "awkward." (Kris fans). I felt he had a way of treating the stupid stuff as if it was stupid, yet being nice about it. I think that's almost a specialty of his.

ETA: Thanks for the Ford commercial and the other stuff. I haven't looked at it all yet. Oh, yeah -- the NASDAQ pics. Nice! But Kris needs to upgrade the wardrobe slightly. Usually I defend him against the "farm boy" remarks but that's what he looked like today. Almost.
