A piece of wood and sand paper is all one needs .Are you willing to pay $8 for a 10 cent spatula?
That argument never holds water with me. Who would care if everyone was knocking down 70k per year? Are you willing to pay $8 for a 10 cent spatula?
So the greenhorn on his first day should earn the same as the 30 year veteran who knows every nut and bolt in the plant and why they are there ?That argument never holds water with me. Who would care if everyone was knocking down 70k per year?
How would we get doctors ?Graduated pay structure...a smaller starting wage, then catching up to the career lifer's take-home pay in 3 years would be appropriate in my book.
And if you are 40+ with the brain if a six year old like Flossy?
Ozonol and gauze?
That's the system. Bloody silly. One's highest-earning years should be at the beginning of one's career. That's when one has the highest expenses: student loans to pay, a house to buy, kids. Pay should then taper off, maybe 1% per year, until you're done.Graduated pay structure...a smaller starting wage, then catching up to the career lifer's take-home pay in 3 years would be appropriate in my book.
